Confectioner/Baker

SUMMARY:
An established entity within the Wholesale and Retail sector, based in Klerksdorp, North-West, is recruiting for an experienced and skilled Confectioner/Baker. 

POSITION INFO:
Experience
The successful incumbent must possess at least two years'' experience working as a Confectioner/Baker within the Hospitality and/or Wholesale and Retail Industry.

Formal qualifications
-A grade 12/matric certificate
-A qualification in baking and/or confectionery will by advantageous.

Responsibilities
The applicant will be responsible to:
-Prepare, bake and decorate a range of confectionery products by reading and interpreting a recipe
-Ensure correct products available at the correct time of day
-Maintain stock levels
-Work around customer orders and demands
-Time management is of the essence
-Clean kitchen and equipment daily
-Flexibility to work in early morning shifts, during weekends and on public holidays
