Concentrator Manager

SUMMARY:

A job opportunity in the mining sector exists for a Concentrator Manager in Rustenburg 

POSITION INFO:
Ensure that the plant process operates effectively in order to produce the quality and quantity of metals planned, with the set timeframe. Coordinate ore and services to the Concentrators.
 
Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering/Extractive Metallurgy 
• Management Development Certificate
• 10 years Functional experience
• 5 years Plant Management experience
• Honours Degree (Technical), Master’s Degree (Management) Advantageous

Skills and Knowledge

• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Technical knowledge affiliation with technical associations eg. SAIMM, MMMA
• Plant Management Skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the MHSA and regulations

  
Physical/Legal Requirements

• Fit for Duty/Certificate of Fitness 
• Clear Credit/Criminal Record
• Code 08 Drivers license
• 3.1 Legal Appointment
