POSITION INFO:

My client is looking for an experienced Compliance and Training Officer to join their dynamic team

The Training and Compliance Officer is required to engage Retailers consistently and act as the primary contact point for all training requirements. This position will be responsible for assuring that sites comply fully with all Company standards and requirements. The Compliance and Training Officer will conduct independent Audits to Manage that Sites are compliant to these standards

Duties / Responsibilities:

Formal Audit of Image Stewardship per site 3 times per year per site
Achieve constant improvement on Image and HES targets per Company assessments
Survey results on value Compliance offer adds
Completion of all Audits per Matrix plan
Formal Audit of HES practise and procedures 2 times per year per site
Execution of formal training matrix to all sites
Incident reporting

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Business Communication/Technology
Health and Safety (HES)
Training qualification/experience
Minimum of 3 years in a Fuel Retail position
