SUMMARY:
The Compliance Officer will report to the Key Accounts Manager.
POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the Job:
The Compliance Officer will report to the Key Accounts Manager. The primary responsibility of the Compliance Officer is to ensure that Security Personnel are in full compliance with standard Company Policies/
Procedures/Regulations/Requirements. Further, to ensure our service delivery standards and operational efficiencies’ are constantly maintained at the highest level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enforce the Company’s Disciplinary ‘Code of Conduct’
• Ensure that Security Personnel are in full compliance with standard Company Policies / Procedures /
Regulations
Ensure that there is sufficient spares to cover unforeseen shortages
• Ensure that there is normal annual leave coverage throughout the year
• Ensure that Pay Queries are dealt with timeously
• Assist with training and induction of onsite Security personnel
• Ensure that necessary On-Site Training is regularly actioned
• Investigate on-site allegations and report on findings accordingly
• Ensure that Roster Changes are actioned timeously for all changes (permanent roster changes, leave coverage changes, long term sick coverage, temp sites, additional/ reduction of, posts or sites)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• PSIRA Grade B Registered
• 3- 5 years of experience in the Security Industry
• 3 years of direct Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Firearm Competency will be advantageous
• Drivers License Code 08
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• 2- 3 years Client Liaison Experience
• Knowledge of the Security Industry regulations including Operational and Client requirements
