POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Human Resource Management | Compliance Officer | Employment Equity Officer capacity within the Motor Industry
Working experience with OHSE, Employment Equity and BBBEE
Strong working knowledge of BBBEE regulation and requirements
Demonstrated experience in and passion for regulations, compliance and employment law
Higher education degree in Legal studies or Human Resource
Highly preferred qualifications include: OHSE Qualification and Skills development Facilitation Certificate
Must have contactable references

Salary Structure

Basic Salary of up to R 30 000 CTC based on experience
