SUMMARY:
To implement the compliance monitoring process and monitoring initiatives including reporting for the Compliance Department to ensure that the Bank complies with monitoring requirements in respect of all related statutory and/or regulatory requirements

POSITION INFO:

The incumbent will be responsible for regulatory compliance monitoring and related activities.

Key Performance Areas

Create, review and update the compliance monitoring plan.
Develop, review and consult on the Monitoring tools.
Execute the compliance monitoring plan.
Implement the monitoring process.
Provide required Reporting.
Engage and maintain relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

Law degree or relevant qualification is essential.
Monitoring Certificate would be an advantage.
Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience of which 1 (one year) must be in compliance monitoring.
