JOB DESCRIPTION:

LetsLink Medical Recruitment Agency is assisting one of the leading health insurance product providers in South Africa to recruit a Compliance Manager.

Requirements:

Matric
RE5
Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent

Skills and experience:

A minimum of 5 years’ Risk and Compliance management experience within the insurance industry.
Expert knowledge of legislation applicable to the insurance industry.
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements e.g., FICA, FAIS, TCF, FATCA.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to use/source all appropriate resources that will enhance the functioning of the Company.
Experience with CBR reporting.
Interested in learning and progression.
Ability to take initiative with strong administration skills.
Strong problem-solving, assessment, and interpretation skills.
Proficient Ms Office.
