POSITION INFO:

Completions and Well Intervention – AMO Engineer Responsibilities required for contract position in Inhambane

NB Candidates must be located in Mozambique 

Daily Duties

• Attend all morning meetings for any HSE, Quality, TB or NPI Alerts
• Be the primary link between QA, SD Technical and the Workshop. All needs/changes for the Workshop should pass only through the AMO Engineer or delegate(s) in order to keep the shops laser focused on production and limit timely disruptions
• Ensure all new Alerts are documented per eMtJC and posted in the workshops to drive production as dictated (ideally via electronic Job Boards “Brilliant Factory Cell Control Center & Plant Control Center”)
• Elevate any Inventory needs/shortages for TB’s up immediately that may impact AMO’s ability to close out as required to Materials and SD Technical
• Ensure full compliance to QTP at all times for all products (including any 3^rd Party & Field folks if working in shop)
• Ensure Tool Box talks are facilitated each morning by AMO Leads (if applicable) and that all content is effective and sign in sheets completed and filed (including any 3^rd Party & Field folks if working in shop)
• Ensure daily cleaning (6S Checklist) and preventive maintenance is being carried out on all equipment in the workshop/yard (IE: forklifts, HPU’s, pressure washers, wash water systems, test cells, tumblers, torque machines, etc) and maintain records. (Incl. 3^rd Party Inspection areas)
• Ensure facility is clean and organized at all times; report any issues up to Facilities and follow-up to ensure timely completion. Elevate if needed
• Look for any “specialty tooling” needs that would help minimize HSE and QA risk for AMO Techs disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, assembling, testing or preserving CWI products
• Look for any “cost out” opportunities that exist throughout the AMO process flows, workshop equipment, 3^rd party services, etc and elevate to AMO Mgr and submit to AMO Ideas Portal
