Requirements

• An experienced Complaints Resolution Consultant required for leading Financial Concern.
• Must have matric
• Related Qualification
• 5 years relevant experience in an Operational environment within the Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, support and manage all aspects of complaints and improve processes.
• Experience in dealing with the Ombudsman and FSA essential.
• Position involves working with key stakeholders to implement the Complaints function, dealing with OBS, FSCA and Ombudsman.
• Provide clients with excellent customer service, offer banking advice and give attention to processes and banking procedures.
