Complaints Resolution Consultant (POS309)

Requirements

An experienced Complaints Resolution Consultant required for leading Financial Concern.
Must have matric
Related Qualification
5 years relevant experience in an Operational environment within the Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

Strategize, support and manage all aspects of complaints and improve processes.
Experience in dealing with the Ombudsman and FSA essential.
Position involves working with key stakeholders to implement the Complaints function, dealing with OBS, FSCA and Ombudsman.
Provide clients with excellent customer service, offer banking advice and give attention to processes and banking procedures.
