Manager: Compilation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for client portfolio
Compilation of Financial Statements
Provisional and Income Tax Calculations
Assign work to team members
Ensure that the team objectives / deadlines are met
On-the-job training for accountants
Self-motivation, excellent communication with clients and colleagues, teamworking and interpersonal skills, deadline driven, leadership skills open to new ideas and opinions, ability to use own initiative and problem solving
Detail Reviews to be performed on team member’s work

Requirements:

Knowledge of IFRS or IFRIS for SME’s
Must be accurate
MS Office
VAT and Income Tax Knowledge
Management of a team
