SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and navigating the intricate world of corporate governance? Our client, a reputable and well-established company, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Company Secretarial Administrator. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations, with a focus on corporate governance, compliance, and administrative excellence.

POSITION INFO:
Role: Company Secretarial Administrator (CIPC)
Location: Cape Town Northern Suburbs (Durbanville)
Salary: TBC

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage CIPC duties, ensuring compliance with all regulations and deadlines.
Act as a liaison with the Master of the High Court, handling communications and submissions.
Perform receptionist duties, including managing occasional phone calls and preparing refreshments.
Support the team by ensuring the smooth submission of forms and documents for:
- Change in Directors, Public Officer, and Members
- Transfer of Shares and Members Interest
- Adoption of Memorandum of Incorporation and Special Resolutions
- Change in Registered Office, Auditors, Secretary, or Officer
Invoicing, filing, and maintenance of corporate secretarial records.
Submission of Annual Returns and SARS registrations.
Foster a positive team environment and proactively seek solutions to challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience in CIPC functions and corporate compliance.
Strong understanding of the Companies Act, King Code III, and Basic Income Tax Regulations.
Knowledge of Trusts and dealing with the Master of the High Court.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive in professional development and continuous learning.
