SUMMARY:
Company Secretarial Compliance Officer

POSITION INFO:

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To handle all administrative tasks in relation to Company Secretarial matters
  • Assist with all related new store opening processes
  • Registering new companies with CIPC
  • Submitting annual returns to CIPC
  • Undertaking director changes
  • Issuing share certificates
  • Preparing minutes and resolutions
  • Other statutory related matters

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience in a Company Secretarial environment
  • Certificate or training in Company Secretarial related matters advantageous
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
  • Experience on Greatsoft and/or Accfin advantageous
  • Good knowledge of the Companies Act
