JOB DESCRIPTION:

Company Lawyer needed at a Business Service Provider in Cape Town. The successful person will act as the Companyâs representative Director, Trustee, Local Representative and Public Officer as needed, taking full ownership, responsibility and accountability for all transactions, communication and enquiries for allocated clients. Responsibilities will include handling the processes and procedures of incorporation or liquidation of companies and the registration and termination of trusts, liaising with third parties, such as accountants, tac consultants, auditors, lawyers, CIPC, SARS, and the Master of High Court on a regular basis, maintain the company records in accordance with legislative and compliance requirements and ensure regulatory compliance with Companies Act, Trust Property Control Act, FICA, FATCA/ CRS, etc. as relevant.

Requirements:
National Diploma in Business Management or Law or relevant Diploma/ Degree
Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Trust Administration
Knowledge of the Companies Act, Trust Property Control Act, FICA, FATCA/ CRS, etc.
3 Yearsâ experience within a similar role.
