Who we are looking for: We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Community and Social Media Lead to join our team.

What will you do:

• Manage and engage with the community on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and others
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, learners and staff through active community management
• Monitor community interactions, ensuring conversations remain respectful, relevant and aligned with our values
• Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
• Identify and foster opportunities for meaningful engagement, increasing participation and strengthening community ties
• Proactively maintain a positive online presence, staying responsive and available regularly
• Ensure all interactions reflect the commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all members

What will you need:

• Proven experience in social media and community management (preferably in an educational or similar field)
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to actively manage and engage the community
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to foster community growth and interaction
• Must be highly responsive, intelligent, trustworthy and proactive
• Not a role for agency experience; must be able to work independently and manage the community in-house
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and professional online atmosphere
