POSITION INFO:

Job Overview: Effectively manage the reviews, queries, and post content across a large portfolio of clients. To succeed in the role, applicants must have exceptional oral and written communication skills as well as have a high level of attention to detail. Ultimately, the candidate should be able to act as the face and voice of multiple brands and manage all community communications required.

Responsibilities

Align with client’s mandates on reputation management and implement cross channel
Respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on online reviews
Monitor and report on online queries
Post content to relevant social media channels in a timely manner
Pull campaign stats and report back where necessary
Ad-hoc liaison client liaison and relationship management
Co-ordinate with account managers to ensure brand consistency
Implement social media and communication campaigns to align with local SEO strategies
Liaise with Development team to stay updated on new products and features
Stay up to date with market trends

Requirements

Degree or diploma in the marketing sphere or relevant field
Experience with MS Office
Proven work experience as a community manager (1-2 years)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Ability to interpret online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent time management skills
