SUMMARY:
Commissions & Registrations Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Commissions and Registrations Administrator Northern Suburbs Cape Town

Well established finance client ensures the efficient handling of all commission processes, calculations, and related queries. Also, registration administration in all areas. MUST HAVE COMMISSIONS EXPERIENCE

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (NQF 4)
  • 3 – 4 years relevant experience in commission specific roles
  • Debtors and creditors reconciliation experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Financial Acumen
  • Computer literacy

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Pipeline reporting as and when necessary
  • Following up on commission payments
  • Reviewing the General Ledger for relevant commission runs
  • Attorney feedback to Consultants
  • Update expected registration dates
  • Update expected cash received dates
  • Commission calculation
