Commissions Manager

Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in calculations of commissions (Brokers / Broker Consultants)
Relative qualification in Finance / Payroll
Own transport

Duties:
Review all commission calculations, onshore and offshore
Review and manage communication to all queries.
Ensure all commission reports are sent out timeously, automation of reports going forward.
Liaise with Onshore and Offshore department regarding Issue of figures.
Provide a weekly Revenue forecast to Accounts and follow up on all receipts collection from Business Register.
Automation Project basis liaise with Gemini/Prime/Comm space/Accounts/ Sage cloud.
Liaise and confirm with HR regarding change in levels, commission structure.
Notify Accounts of expected income to invoice accordingly.
Ensure that all monthly salaries are paid timeously as per set specifications.
Perform a second review of payroll prior submitting to management for review.
Creating and distributing the Payroll Reports such as PayReg, Remlist, ACB and bank upload files, EMP201 and all reports required for a monthly roll-over and payroll sign-off
Operate according to the SA Tax Laws and the laws of the different countries in which my client operates.
Ensure that all deductions from the employee’s salary has the required documented consent forms signed by the employee.
