SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

To ensure the efficient handling of all commission processes, calculations, and related
queries. Also, registration administration in all areas. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years home loan or bond industry experience dealing with large volumes of commissions calculations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Pipeline reporting as and when necessary
  • Following up on commission payments
  • Reviewing the General Ledger for relevant commission runs
  • Attorney feedback to Consultants
  • Update expected registration dates
  • Update expected cash received dates
  • Commission calculation


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (NQF 4)
  • 3 – 4 years relevant experience in commission specific roles in the Bond
  • Origination Industry
  • Debtors and creditors reconciliation experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Financial Acumen
  • Computer literacy
