Commission Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Commission Administrator Northern Suburbs Cape Town

Well established Bond Originator client is looking for a Commissions and Registration Administrator. Must have Bond Origination Industry experience. MUST HAVE COMMISSIONS EXPERIENCE. Please only apply if you have the minimum required experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (NQF 4)
3 – 4 years relevant experience in commission specific roles in a Bond Origination Industry
Debtors and creditors reconciliation experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong Excel skills
Financial Acumen
Computer literacy

Responsibilities & Duties:

Pipeline reporting as and when necessary
Following up on commission payments
Reviewing the General Ledger for relevant commission runs
Attorney feedback to Consultants
Update expected registration dates
Update expected cash received dates
Commission calculation
