Brief Description:

A telecommunication operator, providing voice, data and collaboration services to Southern Africa is looking to hire a Commission Specialist.

General Job Description:

The responsibility of the Commission Specialist is to partner with different teams in the business to ensure the provision of sales commission data and models that allow accurate and punctual payment to all eligible employees.

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

· Review commission payment reports for accuracy, completeness ensuring timely completion of all reviews.

· Resolving reconciliation issues

· Maintaining or auditing information required to track revenue.

· Analysing sales performance results.

· Preparing commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.

· Assist in integrating the commission system

Education:

· Bcom/Accounting/Finance

Job Experience:

· Experience in Excel, VBA, MYSQL, SQL and PowerBI

· Experience in administering sales commissions / bonus / compensation plans

Skills:

· Advance excel skills

· Power BI skills

· Great analytic skills
