A Leading company in the mining industry is urgently looking for a Commercial Administrator who will be responsible to provide administration and project administration support to the Supply chain teams. The successful candidate needs to have at 3 years experience in the mining industry and have a stable working track record.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelors Degree level or equivalent
3 – 5 years experience as a procurement commercial administrator role
Knowledge on SAP to capture goods received, SC Systems, process compliance monitoring and Transactional Procurement.
Support safety and health opportunities and risks and ensure transactional purchasing activities complies with all safety requirements
Provide sourcing & contracting, category management and project procurement
Provide administrative support doing quality checks or goods against Delivery Note and Purchase order and support for negotiations
Maintain relationships with suppliers and new partners in the market
Support Business Partner to update supplier performance based on contractual KPIs
