A Leading company in the mining industry is urgently looking for a Commercial Administrator who will be responsible to provide administration and project administration support to the Supply chain teams. The successful candidate needs to have at 3 years experience in the mining industry and have a stable working track record.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Bachelors Degree level or equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years experience as a procurement commercial  administrator role
  • Knowledge on SAP to capture goods received, SC Systems, process compliance monitoring and Transactional Procurement.
  • Support safety and health opportunities and risks and ensure transactional purchasing activities complies with all safety requirements
  • Provide sourcing & contracting, category management and project procurement
  • Provide administrative support doing quality checks or goods against Delivery Note and Purchase order and support for negotiations
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and new partners in the market
  • Support Business Partner to update supplier performance based on contractual KPIs
