Commercial and Retail Maintenance Manager

Monthly salary : R20 000 PM

• 4 years prior experience
• Our reputable client is a Property Developer based in Port Elizabeth and requires a Commercial and Retail Maintenance Manager to oversee their retail and commercial properties.
• This dynamic and ethical candidate must manage all properties efficiently and effectively, improve turnaround time and manage all maintenance and repairs;
• Create and maintain good relationships with clients and sub-contractors as well as service providers;
• Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Oversee purchases of materials are in line with the scope of works and negotiate the best price;
• Own transport is required together with a valid code 8 driver’s license;
• Ability to lead a team with positivity, willing to resolve conflict timeously and
• Lead and guide the development team on all required renovations, alterations and new builds;
• Reports to the Group Operations Manager
• Must be computer literate and have knowledge of local council and building regulations
