Attorney - Commercial & Litigation

POSITION INFO:

A boutique law firm based in Bellville requires an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team.

The individual should have litigation and dispute resolution expertise as well as an ability to manage client relationships, billing processes and be pro-active in terms of matter and client management.

Experience in High Court, Regional and Magistrate Court Litigation
Excellent litigation and commercial drafting skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent business law acumen
The ability to work as a member of a team
A strong work ethic
Knowledge and expertise in company law and commercial dispute resolution.

Salary: R20 000 - R30 000 (+ commission) - depending on experience
