Commercial Vehicle Workshop Foreman - Free State - Bloemfontein

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a experienced Workshop Foreman with Commercial Vehicle experience. The main focus of the job will be the successful management of the workshop productive team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily workflow in the commercial vehicle workshop
  • Manage breakdown status and progress
  • Compile technical reports, quotations and feedback to management
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding outwork status
  • Enforce discipline and general housekeeping of the workshop
  • Be hands-on and also work on commercial vehicles where needed

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 5years experience as a Qualified Diesel (Commercial Vehicle) mechanic
  • 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a commercial vehicle workshop will be beneficial
  • Experience on more than one popular commercial vehicle brand will be beneficial
  • Code 14 drivers license will be an added benefit

Salary:
Negotiable Basic Salary (depending on experience) + Medical Aid
