Commercial Vehicle Export Coordinator

POSITION INFO:

Work Experience Requirements

Knowledge of export process eg: logistics, freight and border charges
Preferably SAP and Automate Experience
Technical/Mechanical Experience

Core requirements and functions of the above available position (not limited to)

Must be technically minded and have the correct technical knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle Industry
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Assist in administrative work
Coordinate travel arrangements/appointments for Export Department
Coordinate work on vehicles (accessories, fitment, delivery etc)
Assist with export account management (invoicing, payment allocation, installation follow up)
Good written and verbal skills
Assist with customer liaison (assist with telephonic and written responses, face to face engagement where necessary
Create and/or maintain databases as required
Submit timely reports and prepare presentation/proposal as assigned
Good working knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint
