Commercial Refrigeration Technician

POSITION INFO:

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO SWAZILAND
There could be a possibility of being based in Swaziland permanently eventually, however this is not as yet confirmed

Role Description:

• Repair All type of refrigeration plants, Hot cases and electrical repairs.
• Strong fault-finding skills on Refrigeration plants on site and remotely.
• Strong fault-finding skills on electrical boards
• Commission refrigeration plant, monitoring system and sigh off plants with project managers
• Assist service team with service if no call outs.
• Complete Job card and signed off by client.
• Communicate any extra work required on site.
• Control and manage van stock.
• Leave equipment and site in a better condition as found.
• Maintain and manage company vehicle.
• Maintain and manage company Tools
• General Continuous improvement.
• Travel is a prerequisite (overnight and often for a week). Inside and outside SA boarders.

Skills requirements

• Refrigeration mechanic experience in Supermarket refrigeration and various control systems
• Technical Problem solving
• Technical ability
• Responsibility and self-starter
• Computer literature
• Communication
