Property concern based in Pretoria is looking for a Commercial Property Manager.  Previous experience in a commercial property role is essential as well as leasing renewal experience. Tertiary qualification suitable to the property environment.

POSITION INFO:
The purpose of the role is to maximise the financial performance of the portfolio, maintaining the buildings according to accepted standards and managing tenants and staff
3 years experience in a property environment
Tertiary qualification suitable to the property environment
Lease renewals and negotiations
Financial Performance on the portfolio
Maximise income through leasing focus
Cost management and building operations
Credit Control and collections management
Build relationships with tenants, internal and external parties
Staff Management
The role will involve travelling to the various buildings within the Pretoria area
