Portfolio / Property Accountant

Leading and innovative property concern in the commercial property market, currently expanding are looking to appoint an experienced Property Accountant to their team.

Reporting to a Portfolio Manager, in this hands-on role, get involved in day-to-day financial issues, including tenant queries, rates and utility accounts, interacting with the management on budget and variance issues and the likes

New CA OR B.Com / B.Compt degree coupled with a 4 – 5 years solid Property Accounting experience and MDA property management systems experience very preferable. Attributes required for the role include being possessing high Emotional Intelligence (EQ), proactive, being able to think on your feet, a problem solver, and a Make-It-Happen personality
