Commercial Logistics Coordinator - Saldanha Bay - R30,000 - R35,000 per month CTC

POSITION INFO:

Commercial Logistics Coordinator - Saldanha Bay - R30,000 - R35,000 per month CTC

The purpose of this role is to plan and implement the customer related operations, logistics and regulatory requirements as per the commercial contracts entered into by the company

Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary Education, preferably in the Commercial and Technical disciplines
Experience in the Shipping and Logistics
Strong communication skills, systematic analysis

Key Performances:

Provides company’s terminal commercial logistic services to the customers
Coordinates the ship schedules, nominations and clearance of the customers ships
Coordinates regulatory requirements with regards to the customs, ports authority and ITAC
Coordinates the day to commercial requirements between the customer and the Operations Department
Liaises between the Customer and the Terminal Operations Manager or designated person
Liaises with services providers like Clearing & Forwarding agents, Shipping agents, Quality and Quantity surveyors
