SUMMARY:
Commercial Litigation secretary, Pretoria URGENTLY required for a large and upmarket law firm in Pretoria. A stable track record with a "can-do" attitude is a MUST! 

• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in the Commercial Secretarial field
• Dictaphone Typing/Drafting and formatting of Commercial Contracts, Legal Opinions & Memo’s
• Letters Attending to Registration of Companies and Trusts, Registration of Companies and all related company secretarial matters, such as Director Changes, change of address, MOI registration, name reservations and registrations, issue of shares; Conversion of Close Corporations to Companies etc
• Well-spoken and good verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Accounts: Must attend to posting of fees, drafting of accounts, collection of fees
• Excellent MS Office Skills (Especially Word)
• Excellent Typing Skills
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Attention to detail
