Commercial Assistant (4 month contact)

Purpose of the role

• Providing support to the commercial team, by effective sales reporting, administrative support and maintenance in order to assist in achieving the team and commercial objectives

Key Functions

• Management of price book 
• Sign off PO- chech accuracy in all details
• Executing Promotional deals and ensure management of promtional file/promo grid
• comp shop- market analysis for pricing and category ranges 
• Co-ordinating PIR
• Managing static detail and ensuring accurancy both internally and with external stake holders
• PO for new lines are rolling on the system
• Pulling togther sales information for the ww operational meetings- sales report
• Manage and update the central data base

• Relevant qualification (Finance preferred)
• Experience building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Experience within the FMCG or retail industry is essential.
• Skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel are required
• Excellent command of English, strong communication and excellent presentation skills
• Strong customer focus
• Strong orgaisational ability
• Valid Passport and Drivers Licence
