POSITION INFO:

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Prepare reconciliation and monthly financial analysis reports
• Assisting RE with cost & sales analysis and reports
• Preparation of key management statistics in the business
• Cost analysis on a weekly basis
• Financial management function
  • Overseeing the monthly management accounts and year end audit
  • Monthly estimates
  • Ensuring profitability
  • Inter-account accruals
  • Sundry invoices
  • Credits
• Reconciliation of stock
  • Reviewing all local purchases for monthly reports
  • Reviewing and analyzing monthly stock take reconciliations
  • BOMB generation and contro
• Assist in preparation of annual budget, ensuring costs are kept in line with annual budget
• Analyze and report all overruns and savings, developing cost saving opportunities
• Assist with forecasting models as per budget, preparation of forecasting estimates
• Preparation and analysis of various monthly sales reports & sales estimates
• Preparation of costings and maintain all costing data on the system (manufacturing)
• Month end schedules and reports on various costs, margins, etc.
• Loading pricing on SAP, IC pricing administration, CAPEX
• Administration of records: Price tables, RM tracking & pricing adjustments, prep for price negotiations, monthly supplier report, tracking & control of expenditure, production gains & losses analysis
• Administration: Petty cash, Dreyeserdal reporting, Master Data administration, FAR control
• Management review meeting preparation
• Assisting RE and Financial Exec with ad hoc assignments
• RM Purchasing for the EC region
• Production Planning for the EC region

Minimum Requirements:

• B Com/B Compt (with Honours - advantageous)
• Experience in an accounting environment
• Manufacturing cost accounting will be advantageous
• Auditing experience will be beneficial
