To provide supportive and motivational environment for collections clerks to achieve their targets

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Collections Team Lead (JB1841)
Durban
R12000 – R15000 per month
 
Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
At least 1 year experience within a supervisory role
At Least 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment
Computer proficiency: MS Outlook MS Word, MS Excel and internet explorer
 
To provide supportive and motivational environment for collections clerks to achieve their targets
Supervision of collections Agents and ensuring direct reporting lines are trained and working efficiently
Ensure productivity targets are achieved
Staff supervision
Manage the daily operations of agents including productivity and rand value
