R5000 per month plus commission

Must be available immediately.

3 Month contract with possibility of permanent

Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
6 Months – 1 Years previous Contact/call centre experience specifically in collections
Excellent communication, listening and reading skills
Pc literate, MS office

Duties and Responsibilities:
Telephonic collections
Handling and distributing account inquiries
Contacting customers to collect payment on overdue accounts
Payment plans/payment options
Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times
Achieve set targets and call quality objectives
