Code 14 Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Code 14 license with PDP
  • Must have good verbal and communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years working experience as a driver doing short and long haul

Responsibilities:

  • Operating and driving Super-link, interlink and 4 axle trailers
  • Responsible for all vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and report any discrepancies
  • Ensure all documentation is correct to ensure deliveries are made correctly and on time
  • Operate truck-mounted crane to assist with on and offloading of materials and loads
  • Ensure all road rules and safety regulations are followed
