Job Position: Code 10 Driver / Storeman

Location: Kroonstad (Free State)
Salary: R10 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Valid Dangerous Goods Certificate
• Valid forklift license
• Code 10 drivers license
• Available to commence immediately
• Must reside in or near Kroonstad area
• Professional driving experience
• Must have a driving record that is acceptable to the companies and its auto insurance company
• Effective oral and written communication
Key Performance Areas:
• Responsible in operating any vehicle to perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries as instructed
• Responsible for maintenance checks of company vehicles as well as the scheduling of repairs, maintenance and inspections
• Be courteous to the public and persons served while making deliveries or pick-ups
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and other providers as needed
• Work as a team with other staff to give quality service to the persons served
• Responsible for quality control in all areas of production, assembly, packaging, pick-up and delivery of product
• Ensure vehicle is kept clean
• Make deliveries and pick-ups as directed, meeting scheduled dock times
• Turn in any paperwork received while on the route to the sales office
• Assure contract work is loaded and unloaded in a safe and organized manner
• Responsible for keeping products in the warehouse organized
• Responsible for fueling the vehicle and submitting tickets for purchase of such fuel to the Senior Supervisor
• Complete any assigned tasks in the given or stipulated time
• Assist in seeing that grounds and building maintenance are completed as directed
• Attend and successfully complete all necessary staff orientation and training functions
• Ensure that logbooks are filled in correctly
• Report all incidents immediately to the office and complete an incident report form
