Code 10 Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Company vehicle
• Servicing all routes designated to the driver
• Basic administration duties
• Maintaining the vehicle in the condition specified in the Astral policy manual
• Maintaining and adhering to the 20 keys principles including Health & Safety of the Department
• Assisting conductors to offload

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Code 10 driver’s license
• Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels
• Must be willing to assist with day to day production tasks
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays as and when required
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a diverse working environment
• Must have excellent communication, problem solving and planning skills
• Must be fluent in English and a second official language
