POSITION INFO:

1. Manage the safe operation of the area and personnel to ensure that there are no safety accidents in the jurisdiction; participate in the analysis of equipment accidents and safety accidents, and implement improvement measures.
2. Responsible for the teaching work of machine repair; Responsible for the training of technicians and other operators.
3. Implement daily management of equipment according to TPM requirements. Develop and monitor various preventive maintenance plans to continuously improve equipment operating conditions; responsible for the development and maintenance of equipment FMEA.
4. Participate in solving the sudden and difficult equipment problems that occurred on the spot, and formulate corresponding rectification measures and track the problems that occurred.
5. Participate in the improvement of unqualified items found in various internal and external reviews by the engineering department (in terms of equipment).
6. Participate in the CI project in the field of factory equipment and assist the factory WCM to complete the factory''s CI work.
7. Participate in the completion of equipment installation and equipment transformation within the factory.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
