POSITION INFO:

The Cloud Services Solution Architect will have the responsibility to realise our cloud services mission and will work closely with the sales and customer service teams on opportunities and bids. Understanding customer requirements and working with Business Developers, to cultivate opportunities and ensure that the cloud service portfolio is presented in a comprehensive manner to expand our customer base, win new cloud service business, and grow revenue streams.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

• Matric (Grade 12) • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or comparable education with professional experience specialized in Solution Design and certification in Private and Public Cloud services.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 – 10 years experience in virtulisation and Cloud services solutioing and achitecture • Excellent technical Skills to create complex Cloud-Solutions based on standard and non-standard -Services and to integrate these Solutions into an organisations overall ICT-Designs. • Strong Knowledge to integrate technology partners and vendors into the cloud solution design. • Keen sense of current clouid standards, service offerings and trends. • Leadership competencies to take the lead with complex cloud solution design work • Knowledge in providing input for costing and pricing models. • Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills. • A passion for continual expansion of knowledge in the cloud services sector

TECHNICAL / LEGAL CERTIFICATION

• Knowledge or futher cerification in project management, ITIL, COBIT, Enterprise Architecture
