SUMMARY:
Clothing Production / CMT Manager

POSITION INFO:

  • Target driven
    - Ensure targets are met in cutting area
    - Meet targets on an hourly basis & ensure AQL is applied
  • Ensure trimming & suppressing is done correctly 
  • Have knowledge of production 
  • Have basic understanding of work study
  • Ability to lead team of ± 100 people  
  • Oversee cutting department, production and finishing
