JOB DESCRIPTION:

A prominent Clothing Boutique in Menlyn, Pretoria is looking for a Retail Consultant; viz. someone who is absolutely passionate about Retail and Clothing and who is able to work completely independently.

Limited hours per week contract offered initially (minimum of 3 full working days).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 / Matric
Retail Store Management experience is essential!
Ability to work retail hours and weekends
Ability to work completely independently
Driver’s License and Own Vehicle
Strong Computer Skills
Very well-presented
Well-spoken, with excellent communication skills
Excellent Organisational Skills
Strong Administrative Skills
Sales-Driven
Customer Focused
Absolutely passionate about Retail and Clothing

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Operations:

Daily Shop Opening and Closing
Day-to-Day Operations
Merchandising and Housekeeping
Payments Recon
Reporting to Owner

Customers:

Managing customer relationships
Ability to sell boutique clothing
Ability to upsell and cross sell
Ability to increase retail basket size / value

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Sales Targets
Stock Losses
Shop Layout / Display
Customer Experience
