Clinical Facilitators x 3

Large Private Hospital Group is seeking Clinical Facilitators x 3 to teach, train and mentor students within a clinical environment. The CF will be responsible for the integration of theory and practice to reinforce the learning process, as well as provide up-to-date nursing education, evaluation and support to students in the clinical hospital ward environment. The CF will also be responsible for the continuous development and improvement of theoretical and clinical nursing skills, nursing standards and general nursing care.

Requirements:

• Relevant Nursing Qualification (NQF7)
• Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
• Post Basic Qualification in relevant Specialty i.e ICU, Trauma or Theatre
• Post Basic Qualification in Nursing Education
• Completed or studying towards Masters Degree 
• Moderator and Assessor Qualified 
• 2-5 years experience as a Registered Nurse 
• Computer Literate
