POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an experienced clinical coder for a leading hospital in Johannesburg to assess and convert clinical statements to ICD10 and CPT codes.

Minimum requirements:

• Non – negotiable certificate in Advanced ICD-10.
• SANC registration as a Registered Nurse, Diploma in Nursing or equivalent NQF level 6 within healthcare sciences.
• Advanced completed CPT for South Africa
• Assist with the training of staff with regard to ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Review of PMB queries and recommendations for action.
