Client and Studio Manager

SUMMARY:
Client and Studio Manager required to join a marketing company based in Kloof, focusing on digital media, brand marketing, advertising and design. Required to assist the Managing Director and the team with various tasks in order to ensure the smooth implementation and completion of client projects.

POSITION INFO:

• Client Management: liaising with clients on in regards to briefs, deadlines and on going relationship management
• Project Briefs: Ability to communicate tasks with designers and writers to ensure it comes to life
• Traffic management
• Quality and copy check all content before sending onto clients
• Brainstorming: Lead creative sessions and conduct content research in order to create new and exciting content
• Marketing insight and direction in terms of strategy
• Database management
• Print job management and quoting
• Managing social media scheduling, advertising and audiences
• Social/Website/AdWords Reporting 
• General Admin
• AdWords set up and management (to be trained if required)
