Client Services Consultant

Have you just completed a qualification in Management, Finance, Business, Accounting or any other qualification related to the financial industry? Are you looking for an opportunity to enter the financial services industry? We are looking for confident, energetic and ambitious graduates to join a leading financial services company based in Cape Town. 

Responsibilities:

• Engage and establish long-lasting relationships with clients and financial advisers by delivering an excellent experience, focused on building trust and confidence with both parties

• Service investors, potential investors and financial advisers via our various servicing channels i.e. inbound calls, emails or walk-in interactions

• Ensure accurate record-keeping through service-related administrative tasks

• Assist with database updates and information maintenance

• Support a positive and responsive climate for client enquiry resolution

• Play a key role in the stewardship of positive client relationships and the retention of clients

• Build and establish relationships at all levels with internal departments to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency

• Actively participate in the organisation’s continuous improvement by identifying and proposing solutions to process and service related failures

Requirements:

• A recent graduate or young professional (max 2 years'' work experience) with a relevant bachelor’s degree
• Overall university GPA 60%+
• Above-average results in Matric maths
• Individuals who are passionate about extracurricular activities
