SUMMARY:
Client Services Administrator Offshore admin exp within Financial Services a must!!!

POSITION INFO:
Our client within financial services is seeking to employ a candidate with min 2 years experience, handling offshore client services administration within the industry.
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be resourceful with great planning and organizational skills.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Client Services

  • Manage the Client Support queue and responding to queries from IFAs/clients to ensure excellent client service at all time;
  • Maintain all necessary controls applicable to role and strive to eradicate errors, and in this foster a strong working relationship with compliance to ensure the department meets its legislative and regulatory requirements;
  • Conform to Company’s AML procedures and the PFCM at all times;
  • Taking ownership of client issues, following problems through to resolution and liaising between teams and departments to resolve queries when required.  These include, but are not limited to;
  • Maintain up to date client records including verifying and updating client details, updating bank details and changes of address etc;
  • Processing account closures, death claims, payments,
  • Resolving negative balances on accounts;
  • Processing password resets;
  • Generating FinAssets statements
  • Processing Mercantile & Investec BOP forms;
  • Screening transaction summary reports and resolve errors
  • Processing client withdrawal requests on Omni, SAXO, CCM etc.;
  • Processing monthly management fees / IFA fees for Anchor and other clients on the SAXO platform;
  • Processing FX transfers for SAXO clients including transfers to cover overdrawn dealing positions, generating reports, liaising with clients, and sending to IOM dealing team for execution.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards of service;
  • Maintain and provide KPI stats to the Head of Relationship Management;
  • Train RM team members on client support procedures;
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities;
  • Support other members of the Group Business Development team including Relationship Management, Business Development, Investment Management, marketing and manage projects as required
  • Assist with and other Company projects as required.
  • Producing statements and valuation reports
