My client a leading corporate company is seeking a smart, energetic, experienced and dynamic achiever who take initiative and ownership. Must have Banking Call Centre experience as a Client Service Manager.

Minimum requirements:

Must have 5-7 years Banking call centre management experience.
Over 5 years’ experience managing a call centre service team in a bank(essential)
In-depth banking product, system, and process knowledge (advantageous)
Relevant Bachelors degree
Training in Coaching skills
Computer literacy, including all Microsoft products, in particular Excel, MS office, MS outlook
Must have experience working in a 24/7 environment(essential)
