Client Service/ Account Manager

WHO ARE WE : A branding agency specialising in brand thinking, brand
creation, on-going brand development and brand management.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: An Account Manager with at least 2 years experience in an branding / advertising agency.

WHAT WILL YOU DO: 
- Establish and build client relationships
- Attend client meetings
- Running a project from start (briefing) to completion (delivery of design files or produced goods)
- Creating comprehensive briefs, ensuring all information is included to ensure the design team have all they need to commence with the project as efficiently as possible
- Manage client expectations
- Being the liaison between the client and the creative studio
- Accurate debriefing
- Implementation of project timelines
- Ensuring a project is run in a timeous manner
- Writing status reports
- Quote generation for new clients/projects
- Reviewing, copy checking of creative work
- Production management
- Pre-production sourcing – sourcing of quote, samples
- Managing the production of the project

WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- A tertiary qualification in Branding or Marketing
- 2 years + of account management experience in an accredited branding or advertising agency
- Experience working on accounts across multiple industry sectors
- Dynamic and motivated
