Client Retention Consultant

SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for a Client Retention Consultant to join their amazing team

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed client retention targets.

Proactively maintain an excellent relationship with clients through regular contact and resolution of queries.

Provide professional and accurate advice to customers regarding our products and services.

Provide support to the New Business Consultants as and when required.

Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Delivery of our solutions according to client needs and in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Promote Safrican products and brand to clients and distribution channels.

Complete administrative tasks in keeping accurate and detailed statistics of all communication with clients.

Prepare reports on the client’s status.

Gather external customer information and share this with your manager and team to contribute to the overall strategy of the department as well as the company.

Communicating any outstanding requirements to members through your manager and following up, where applicable.

Working Requirements and Knowledge

Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Word &Outlook).

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client service/retention (relationship/account management) role within the insurance or financial services environment.

Have a comprehensive knowledge of long term insurance products and services.

Formal Qualifications

Grade 12

Sales and Marketing diploma/degree

Regulatory Examinations (RE5)
