Client Relationship Manager - Investments (Sandton)

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Preparation of financial plans and review according to internal processes; Full responsibility for the case preparation to sign off internally and submission to Head Office
• First line Compliance Checks on cases received from an Associate
• Liaise with Associate and Associate Assistant regarding missing case docs if any
• Link between Sales office and Head Office with regards to queries related to cases and compliance
• Chasing internal case compliance requirements to facilitate and speed up case sign off, once a case is at sign off, prepare courier
• Recording of client meeting minutes and deliverables
• Manage and execute on various client projects
• Implementing transactions for new and existing clients by interacting with the Wealth Specialist and Case Administrator
• Ensure clients are updated at all times on events and transactions
• Maintaining good record keeping, Compiling weekly reports
• Drafting and sending correspondence to clients and external Providers
• Ensuring that clients files and transactions are fully compliant, resolving ad hoc client queries
• Liaising with Wealth Specialists and trust companies to ensure accuracy of documentation and tracking of dealing instruction (execution and issued)
• Ensuring original applications are couriered, received and processed both internally and externally as per due dates
• Liaising with Bond companies to ensure that Advisory Fees are processed as per due dates
• Update internal registers and the Internal Platform
• Referring cases to be invoiced to the Accounts Department
• COA submission including client/book transfers and appointments
• Handle and actions requests for information and data
• Responsible for the full training on Platform and Documentation along with orientation of new starters
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• Providing Clients with Concierge Log in Details
• Ensuring that Reportable Arrangements are completed when needed
• Manage electronic library, including Provider documentation and requirements

Educational Requirements:

• Matric Certificate or equivalent secondary school certificate
• Wealth Management or equivalent qualification
• Fully computer literate
• 4+ years of financial administration experience
• Understanding the financial planning process
• and technical knowledge â–ª Certified Financial Planner (CFP) would be to your advantage

 Experience and Skills Required:

• 3-5 Years in a similar role within the Investments space
• Proven Client Service experience essential (in Investments)
